Teach it back: explain a concept in your own words, and Qenot asks about the part you missed.

Teach-back is the closest thing to being asked in person. Qenot picks the key concepts of a topic, asks you to explain each one, listens, and asks the follow-up question that shows what's missing.

Explaining the Kelvin–Planck statement; Qenot names the missing part and asks a follow-up.

How a session goes

  1. Make a teach-back set.

In the Workspace, under Make study material. It lists the concepts it will ask about.
  2. Explain the first concept.

Tap the microphone and talk, or type. You can edit what was heard before you send it.
  3. Read the reply.

Qenot says what you got right, marks what was missing (“Missing: …”), and asks a follow-up.
  4. Finish and choose what to keep.

At the end you see what you covered and what needs work, and you pick which to add to Recall.

Common questions

Do I have to talk?

No. You can type your explanation. Speaking is faster and closer to an exam or interview, but both work.

Is teach-back marked?

No score and no timer. It's a conversation: Qenot tells you what you covered and what was missing, and you choose what to add to Recall at the end.
